My name is Marilyn Karpoff and I am the CEO of Karpoff Affiliates. I wanted to introduce myself and my company in the hopes that you find our services beneficial to you and your clients. Aging In Place
Being a certified speech pathologist and audiologist has given me a unique advantage of understanding the elderly and has allowed me to assist countless senior clients and their families, If you need to renovate your home to allow you to age in place, we can help. We will connect you with reputable, licensed and bonded re-modelers, general contractors, designers and architects.

Senior Assisted Living
We can assist in finding an assisted living / retirement community, or move you into or out of the New York tri-state area. We take care of coordinating every aspect of the move, whether to a community or to relative’s home.

Downsizing / Loss of a Loved One
What was once a good sized home, may become too big for seniors to live in and maintain. Then comes the hard part, deciding what to keep and what to let go. Karpoff Affiliates will manage all the details involved in deciding how to deal with items left in the home, and the selling/buying/renting of real estate. When dealing with a loss we know how stressful and dramatic this can be, so go above and beyond by creating a customized plan to fit your individual situation.
