We will do a free in-home consultation to go over your needs and which items are to move.
We will look at the floor plan of your new home to ensure everything will fit, and determine a timetable that will accommodate your schedule.
Preparing to Move
We have developed a professional network of insured and bonded providers in many areas including:
- elder and estate lawyers
- estate and auction sale agents.
We will oversee all aspects of the packing phase to make sure everything is properly sorted, packed, and labeled.
If there are items you wish to donate or sell, let us know and we will take care of the rest.
The Big Day
We work with the moving company to schedule and execute the move, and manage everything for you.
We will be onsite to supervise and will make sure everything happens according to plan.
At your new home, we will oversee the unpacking and placement of items and furniture.
We will make sure all utilities are connected and setup before you arrive at your new home.
What Sets Us Apart From Other Senior Move Managers
At this point a senior move manger would tell you to find a real estate broker for the sale of your previous home. However, since we are also a licensed and practicing real estate broker we can do this for you.
We handle every aspect of your move from start to finish. You only deal with one person throughout the entire transition!
